Hi Jenni Neptune Loaf

Ok home now Jenni, and will find my recipe and post. It's delicious, I'm sure

with yeast flakes, tofu and egg replacers you can do something with it. It's

the best thing on her menu next to the mushroom loaf. I'll look for that recipe

also. Let me know how you modify the recipe when you try it. You can serve

this to your non-vegan company with the cheese , they will ask for seconds,

believe me........Donna

Thanks Donna! I'm looking forward to trying it.. it sounds perfect for

my hubby!

 

also.. where is the lentil loaf recipe filed?? I was looking tonight

and couldn't find it..
