Hi all...

I'm looking for some suggestions for trail mix or snack bars or something

run to the vending machine and grab a bag of chips...

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!!!!

We do have a few recipes in our files already for

trail mixes, some bars, and granola.

One of my favorite stand-bys isn't homemade.

It is an energy bar called a Clif Bar.

Here is the website:

http://www.clifbar.com/eat/eat.cfm?location=bar

i really like the chocolate brownie and the carrot cake.

i don't think they are vegan [not sure if that is a

requirement of yours], but they are vegetarian and

organic.

My chosen husbandry I'll reveal, without concealment:

Fresh leeks, hens, speckled salmon, bees.

Sufficient clothes and food from the King of fair fame,

And chance to sit at times, praying God in each place.

Yup! They are absolutely vegan! I haven't bought the Luna bars in a long

time because I believe a portion of their proceeds goes to an animal

testing organization, but the regular cliff bars are fine. I looove them.

I am curious where you heard that! I just searched on

google and didn't find anything pretaining to that but

I am still learning so much about animal testing!

Lots of heartbreaking discoveries lately :-( Luna bars

would take the cake...
