I am making hummus for a function this weekend and

would like suggestions on stuff to dip in the hummus.

I already have pita bread and carrots...Can anyone

suggest anything else?

A spoon? Actually for some reason hummus with a slice of raw jalapeno on a

tortilla chip tastes really great to me. Maybe get some fancy blue corn

tortilla chips.

Do I have boring taste buds, has this already been

suggested, or is it just from the Department of

Duh...?

Personally, I like both hummus and baba ganoush with

toasted pita chips.

Too simple?

I am going to the Reading Terminal Market today which

has every veggie imaginable. They have this rack where

they have $1 bags of veggies or fruit and I will see

if any good " dippable " stuff is there.

I saw jicamas at the supermarket yesterday, but they

all looked bruised. I will probably get one out today.
