Guest guest
http://www.vegsoc.org/nvw/ National Vegetarian Week 2005 – Can You Keep it up for a Week?! National Vegetarian Week will soon be upon us - this year running from 23rd-29th May. Last year the week was an enormous success and generated huge amounts of media coverage in magazines, regional and national papers as well as on the radio, internet and even TV! In addition to the huge amount of press coverage, over 200 businesses took part, and that’s not to mention all the hard work, local activities and events undertaken at the grassroots level by the Society’s network of local groups, as well as individuals the length and breadth of Britain! This years strapline is ‘Can You Keep it up for a Week?’ and we hope it will help to generate lots of press interest – humorous or otherwise! 100,000 leaflets will be printed featuring the comedian Dave Spikey (who very kindly donated his time for a photo-shoot), as well as a recipe on the reverse. In addition to the leaflets, 5000 point of sale wobblers will be available for use in stores either to entice people to pick up an NVW leaflet or near to veggie food promotions and offers taking place during the Week. The Society will also be placing a limited number of national advertisements featuring the Dave Spikey images and strapline. If you’d like to place an early order for leaflets please send an email to nvw or call the Society on 0161 925 2000. Please view the links below to find out ways to get involved in National Vegetarian Week 2005. National Vegetarian Week will be Monday 23rd - Sunday 29th May 2005. Keep watching, more details will be coming soon. (Cute flick) http://www.rudefood.org/

Guest guest
LOL! I thought those non-vegetarian types on the list might like to give it a whirl. As per 50 veggie points. I'm guessing butter dripping from a mushroom or cheesy butter dripping from a cooked squash. My points better be unmarked!
