Guest guest
It is perhaps easier to consider which vegetables are highest in vitamin K and either avoid or include those, as the case may be: http://www.nutritiondata.com/foods-000104000000000000000.html Hope this helps, -Erin
Guest guest
I heard vitamin K can be found in Lettuce and even soy beans. Does anyone know if that is true? Guest guest
My daughter just clarified it for me. She use to be Office Manager for two heart surgeons, and when they put people on blood thinners, there was a whole list of things people couldn't eat. Part of that list is lettuce, soy beans, grapefruit, cauliflower, peas, and more. Isn't that something!?
