I'm not too up on the terminology, but one of my favorite meals is a bagel

with cream cheese, sprouts (and GB can tell you way more about the health

benefits of these), cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions. A little Italian

dressing and some hot sauce and I am in heaven!!! Welcome to the group! We seem

know it is not very nice of me to start like this, but I'm eager to put some

Haven't got that (I rely on variety, maybe a little too much).... but

you can put in what you do eat in something like fitday.com,

nutridiary.com, and see how balanced it is...
