Guest guest Posted April 21, 2006 Report Share Posted April 21, 2006 Island Coleslaw 1 medium head green cabbage, rinsed and very thinly sliced 1 large carrot, shredded 1 15 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup favorite yogurt (I used pineapple flavoured, I have used mango aswell) 1 tsp. salt In a large bowl, stir together the cabbage, carrot, pineapple yogurt, and salt and let chill for at least an hour before serving.
