I don't have this one. There are a few recipes here also. I have her " The Art of Tofu " by Akasha Richmond. It's vegetarian but I see she has a few seafood recipes in her new book. I have the pages flagged to try and get in here and post more. Enjoy the Tokyo Miso soup and you're very welcome. By the way, if you look on www.amazon.com you can usually get the best vegetarian cookbooks used for a few dollars. Also www.half.com has many too.
