Guest guest
the " bad " veggie meals I've had usually include some version of dry lettuce on bread...When I was a teacher we'd go to places(seminars, etc) that would serve boxed lunches, the veg version... lettuce on bread, chips, and a cookie. or veg items with hidden meat (um, ham in the green beans makes them not vegetarian anymore) : ) melissa p > > >
Guest guest
I have had the " hidden meat " situation many times. It sucks. The worst situation I think I have encountered, has happened many times. I like to eat veggie sandwiches from Mc Donalds when I happen to get stuck going there (my husband is a meat eater). Often the kitchen workers can't grasp the concept of no meat so it comes out with meat on it. I have sent it back and had them just take the patty off so many times I can't even count them. It is so infuriating. Guest guest
I hardly ever eat fast food but one time I asked for a Whopper at BK with no burger and no onions. When I got the order it was ONLY the hamburger with a slice of cheese! NO BUN or anything! April , Val La Tendresse <vals_boards wrote: > > I have had the " hidden meat " situation many times.
