Guest guest Posted April 21, 2006 Report Share Posted April 21, 2006 I have never had cooked radishes before. I enjoyed this...they turn out kinda sweet. Roasted Red Radishes Trim radishes, cut large ones in half. Place in a shallow baking pan and toss with just enough olive oil to coat. Spread in a single layer and roast at 450 degrees, stirring once, 15 minutes or until cut sides are browned. Sprinkle with salt. Serve as a side dish.
