I never drink milk, I only cook with it... I was wondering if you can

cook with rice or soy milk?

here's how i make alfredo sauce

melt 1 spoon butter, mix with 1 spoon flour

whisk in milk, keep it thick... grate in cheese

could I replace the milk? I heard that soy milk seperates and won't

work properly.

help please

Here to help you Mike. Rice milk is very thin. I suggest the unsweetened Silk

brand soy, it works the best when cooking with a soy milk.

I use the rice milk for some baking and on cereal. I can't use the soy milk

on cereal, it creeps me out.......too much like milk.

that's fine for me - I don't know if I have the same brand names

here... would any brand of unsweetened soy milk work? Is there

anything I should look for in the ingredients? And does it work as

well? I don't mind using regular milk - but if it's basically the

same, i'd rather use the soy
