It's just that some vary in thickness. > Donna sweet - my friend only puts the vanilla stuff in his cereal.. I've just needed an xcuse to buy it I'm also guessing it doesn't go bad as fast as the " real " stuff. I've wasted quite a few bowls of cereal by not checking first. As for the soy, is it ok to put anywhere I would use milk? mashed potato, scrambled eggs, tea, etc? Mike

I'll make it work.... either way, when my current litre runs out, I'll try soy next mike
Guest guest
Hi Mike, I personally like the So Good Brand. You can get it sweetened, unsweetened, Omega addes or organic. I personally buy the So Good Fat Free so it is very thin and " in between for sweetness. " For cooking use the regular. I don't mind it for cooking. Cooking with the sweetened works ok in non liquid cooking.(ie " don't use it in a gravy but you could mix it fine with mashed potatoes). The brand has an expiry on it like milk and I find it lasts much longer than milk does. I have been drinking soy in place of milk for about 5 years now (so why did I take so long to give up meat!. Anyhow, check out So Good. Hope that helps! Carmen

And pretty much anywhere you use milk, you can use unsweetened soymilk.
