Wow, I guess many parents wish their kids would eat more carrots! Will

your son try beans, rice or is he opposed to all things non crunchy?

Maybe veggie sushi rolls, with the rice, carrots, etc. ? How about

veggie wraps on tortillas with plenty of carrots and maybe other

ingredients in small doses? Has his doctor had any suggestions?

good luck

Maybe the lentil crunchies would work? They are really yummy.

I find that fresh carrot sticks, celery sticks and cucumber sticks, with a

Ranch type dip entices kids to snack on more healthy foods. I even like fresh

apple slices, that way too.

No cooked beans but some times snow peas , but he will eat small amounts of

rice. I just want to find something to feel his tummy up for longer then 20

minutes. He is always hungry (and very regular)lol.

I will try the crunchies, I am hoping with some new recipies i will find

something he likes.

Glad I found this site
