The funny thing is that Kellogg started a health sanitorium in Michigan and wanted to make somethinghealthy for the people there and started making cereals out of whole grains and very healthy ingredients. It was like a spa in the olden days. he later sold his interest to his brother, who was also part owner and later on his brother's company started putting out the junk they sell now. They always want to mess with the good recipes. A person almost has to be a chemist these days, to understand the labels. It's frustrating. LOL It has no transfats, all whole foods, is organic, no additives, no refined sugar, etc. . It has several flavors.
