Well, we do get along in here. It is all about tolerance. The group is

basically vegetarian but many of the recipes are vegan or can be made vegan.

I've noticed the vegetarians posting try to consider the vegans and add subs in

the ingredient list. We also have many members that are non-vegetarians and

they are welcome in here too. We are happy to share our recipes and if you are

going through the transition we welcome your questions and try to help. I'm

vegetarian and eat almost no dairy since I have sow's milk allergy. I get away

with a sprinkle of Parnesan or a little aged grated cheddar, and for some reason

butter doesn't bother me. I don't eat eggs just because I don't like them but I

bake with them but if applesauce or banana will work then I will sub.

I don't like vegan or vegetarian snobbery either and I don't like being told I

have to wear my seat belt!

Hugs, Donna

Say a prayer for the common foot soldier

Spare a thought for his back breaking work

Say a prayer for his wife and his children

Who burn the fires and who still till the earth Raise your glass to the hard

working people

Lets drink to the uncounted heads

Lets think of the wavering millions

Who need leaders but get gamblers instead

belt!! Bethie
