I was a bit puzzled by this, Donna, as Rice Dream is the brand name

for rice milk over here and I was thinking the poppy seeds would make

it taste a bit gritty, LOL. Googled it and it makes more sense now. I

love those seeds too.

Haeding back from the kitchen as we speak with a tub of passionfruit

and white chocolate ice cream in one hand and a packet of poppy seeds

in the other. Mmmmmm!

Poppy seeds rule! I guess I underestimated the use of poppy seeds. I

will have to use them more often...I have a whole packet of them and a

whole packet of sesame(sp?)seeds (the dark kind)...if any of you all

know what to do with sesame seeds...pass that along, too!

I LOVE sesame seeds. They are great in bread, toasted and ground

with sea salt and sprinkled on rice and veggie dishes, added to

flapjacks and cookies. I used to butter naan bread, sprinkle it with

sesame seeds and put it under the grill until the seeds are lovely

and toasty. Mmmm, I'm sorry it's time for bed here or I'd start

baking something with them now.
