I only caught the last 15 to 30 minutes of it. It was good. I need to see the

beginning though. I started in at a part where Dr. Oz was showing the woman

who was doing their plan healthy body parts and unhealthy. They looked at

major organs, actual organs.

 

I'm a little uncertain of the Dr. Rosen though. I read an article on in

Eating Well a few months back. Maybe it was a year. They had interviewed a

bunch of professionals about their dietary habits. It was all positive but Dr.

Rosen drank a bunch of diet soda. If I remember correctly it was for the

caffiene. I could kick myself because I just got rid of my old Eating Well

magazines.

Yesterday, they mentioned all the diet soda's and told her to drink water

instead and reduce her intake. She was drinking 4 6pks/day of diet soda, plus

sugar drinks. NO WATER. Gasp. I love water and will save my calories for good

healthy food. She mentioned how much better her skin looked from all the water

she had been drinking.
