Guest guest
This sounds good and not very hard to make. I heard of stroganoff but never tasted it before but I know it has meat in it, the mushrooms take the place? Guest guest
I don't like to use Campbell's soups--how could we substitute real food for the canned soup. Any ideas--white sauce made with mushrooms? Guest guest
Conventional stroganoff does have beef but this turns out pretty hearty and doesn't really even need a meat sub though we have used veggie burgers and also those new steak strips from Morningstar. And it is easy to make Peace, Diane , " paulvatoloco " <paulvatoloco wrote: > > This sounds good and not very hard to make. > I heard of stroganoff but never tasted it before but I know it has > meat in it, the mushrooms take the place? > Paul > >
Guest guest
Kathleen, Imagine makes a portabello mushroom soup http://www.imaginefoods.com/products/product/1603.php It is vegan. It is not condensed. I have used it when we weren't vegetarians to make tuna noodle casserole and it the soup tasted great. Debra M. How low will we go?
