Guest guest
Just think of the big filters in your body--the kidneys and your liver. Too much artificial stuff in your system plus dehydration can add up to kidney stones and other problems. I figure that if I can't make it at home or if a package has " weird " unpronouncables or colorings nature doesn't have, I stay away from it I just have to answer patient questions about their conditions before surgeries.
