The urologist always told me caramel coloring in

Coke/Pepsi is one of the worst things for your

kidneys, is that true?

They have told me the same thing. I'm a Medical Technologist(do blood testing)

and have worked with lots of different doctors.

Just think of the big filters in your body--the kidneys and your

liver. Too much artificial stuff in your system plus dehydration

can add up to kidney stones and other problems.

 

I figure that if I can't make it at home or if a package has " weird "

unpronouncables or colorings nature doesn't have, I stay away from

it

I just have to answer

patient questions about their conditions before surgeries.
