Mother's Day meal I served thanks to PT, Ray, Donna & Christiane's recipes

Mother's Day turned out wonderful and all the recipes

came from the group files. I ended up making my

family the black bean & hominy enchiladas which I

could of used another pan full they went so fast. I

also made the avocado pie and served it with tortilla

chips, I did make the Con-Quiche_Tador and I wrapped a

pice of that up and put aside for my dinner tonight

because it was so good.

I made hummus too, it was Christiane's cilantro &

jalapeno hummus, yummy too. For the dessert I made

the pumpkin & chocolate chip sweet bread recipe and

put it in a bundt pan and I put some cocoa powder with

powdered sugar and cinnamon across the top, my mother

asked for pumpkin pie and I thought this cake would

serve more people instead of a pie and it also went

fast. Not one person mentioned missing m**t.
