You should come to Ann Arbor, MI. We have a HUGE vegetarian population,

vegetarian restaurants (not just menu items, the entire restaurant is

vegetarian)

, whole foods markets, produce only markets, the community here is very

supportive of the vegetaritan/vegan lifestyle. My SIL's brother is vegan, I

have

been honored to enjoy some of his wonderful cooking. I'll have to try and

extract some recipes.

Lucky! We have only a few vegetarian resturants in Vegas! Some sell

seafood!!!!!!!!!! EWWW!
