Me too! I used a conventional veggie peeler which worked very well and waxed

paper. These were exceptionally good! Definitely going to try sweet

potatoes.

Sounds awesome. I think the thinner you slice them, the more chip-like they

become.

What seasonings did you use??

I got chips, I used parchment paper and I sliced them thin with the

I agree. A regular vegetable peeler works really well!!
