Guest guest
My dad hates my vegetarian food, and he had seconds on the Philly pot pie! 1 bell pepper 1 yellow onion I package of sliced mushrooms 5 cloves garlic 3 Tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Vegetarian provolone cheese I package ground Quorn French hoagie rolls Chop garlic and sautee in olive oil. Add onions and Bell peppers and sauté. Add mushrooms and sauté. Set aside ingredients #1-6. In the same sauté pan, heat the ground Quorn. Once heated through add ingredients #1-6. Once all flavors are combined by briefly sautéing together fill lightly toasted hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese and toast rolls. If there is enough left over for another meal, use a double pie crust and fill like a pot pie. If you are single as I, then you can make meals for 3-4 days! Be a chatter box.
