Guest guest
Does hummus freeze well? I'm going to be making up a huge batch tonight from 2 lbs of dried garbanzo beans for " fight night " at my place with the guys this weekend. I expect there to be leftovers. Thanks, -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog
Guest guest
I have never frozen It Erin but I did find this Hummus freezes really well, so consider making a double batch, and then freezing most of it in containers small enough to hold two servings, they can be defrosted overnight in the refrigerator, as needed. Guest guest
The flavor stays the same but it will form a little extra moisture so when I know I will freeze the batch I make it a little thicker.
