Guest guest
uncheese coobooks Guru Donna, Zena and all who responded I'll tell her that and will not get the book GB Hi Guru, I personally am very disappointed in both the uncheese cooks by Jo Stepaniak. If you go to Amazon.com you can locate the cookbooks and read reviews. I don't expect the recipes to taste like melted Kraft cheese but I do expect the recipe to taste good enough to serve and maybe try again. I have tried several from both books and the Eggplant Parm, was rated a 6 on a scale of 10. Leftovers were tossed the next day, didn't reheat well at all. I have posted it in the files if you want to try it for dinner tonight and see what you think, I can also find you another recipe to try today. Guest guest
I know I have made the colby cheez and one of the spreads(I can't remember which one). I had successes with both. My husband loved the colby and he doesn't like cheese. My niece loved the spread and the cheez. I would try more recipes but I haven't had much time to do much experimenting. Guest guest
I made the macaroni and cheeze bake and I'd rather drink gutter water it was so bad. I made the Say Cheeze Gravy and I could hang wall paper up with that stuff. To much yeast also in this recipe. I tried the book a third time and went for the Pumpkin Cheezecake and it was a pumpkin glob. I tossed the book in a cupboard somewhere. It's retired off my cookbook shelf. I decided there are many more good cookbooks out there for use. Lee
