Guest guest Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 Homemade Mayonnaise Without Eggs Recipe Serves/Makes: 1.5 cups Ingredients: a.. 1/2 cup soft tofu b.. 2 tablespoons wine vinegar c.. 1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard d.. 1/4 cup vegetable oil e.. 1/2 teaspoon salt f.. 3/4 cup vegetable oil Directions: Combine soft tofu, mustard, salt, wine vinegar and 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a blender. Blend on low speed, and very slowly add the 3/4 cup of oil. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate. This recipe for Homemade Mayonnaise Without Eggs serves/makes 1.5 cups. The only thing that I can see that would spoil would be the tofu.
