Guest guest
I use dried lavender flowers. I crush them with the mortar & pestle and add to sweet breads and cookies. It's good in cornbread too. In the dessert folder I have a lavender cookie recipe. In the sweet bread folder I have a lavender bread also. I don't use the oil. Guest guest
Now I will have to grow some lavender and try this. I had just never thought about it. I know some folks eat pansies and nasturtiums, but I haven't before. Have you? I planted some nasturtiums this year in my veggie garden. They say they are a natural insect repellant for your veggie plants. Hope it works. If not they will look pretty. >I use dried lavender flowers.
