Crumble: 1/2 cup oatmeal 2 tbsps. brown sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 3 tbsps. soft butter Loaf: 6 eggs or substitute 1 1/2 tbsps. vanilla 1/3 cup soy milk 1 1/2 cups butter 1 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. orange zest 1/8 cup orange juice 2 2/3 cup flour 1 1/4 tsps. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 peaches, sliced 1 cup blueberries Crumble: Mix together well all of the ingredients for the crumble and set aside. Loaf: Mix together the milk, eggs and vanilla and set aside Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy Mix in the orange juice and zest.
