Guest guest Posted May 31, 2006 Report Share Posted May 31, 2006 Kid friendly Wrap # 3 Makes 1 to 2 wraps Tortilla (Veggie flavored one is good) 4 Tbs ranch dressing (I make my own vegetarian version)I will post it 3 to 6 Big long crisp leafs of lettus (what ever type you like) 2 small roman tomatoes thinly sliced 1 or 2 pinches celery salt (per wrap) 1 or 2 thinly shaved carrots handful peanuts (optional) and/or 1/2 tsp raosted sunflower seeds (per wrap) (optional) Spread dressing on tortilla Place 2 or 3 lettus leafs down center of tortilla Lay 4 slices of tomatoe down on top center of leafs Sprinkle carrots on top Sprinkle nuts and/or seeds on top sprinkle celery salt on top all the veggies Enjoy!
