Usually cooked chickpeas pureed with lemon, garlic, tahini... and

whatever else strikes your fancy! Tons of recipes in the recipe folder.

Isn't there another ingredient in there? I can't remember.

I eat hummus with pita chips, veggies, Olga bread, anything that strikes my

fancy.

My husband and I love hummus. We go to this store called " Trader Joes " and

they have a huge variety of hummus. We put it on crackers, pita bread, veggies

and we even spread it on wraps instead of mayo.

-Barb,

Why not try making your own home made hummus. So easy to make and

costs pennies for what you can buy in the market. And if you think

store bought is good wait til you taste your own . Look in the files

for some good recipes or just add your favorite herbs, etc. My

favorites are garlic and roasted pecans.

Smiles and hugs coming to you from Colorado

There is a Trader Joe's in Kenwood in Ohio. I will have to make a trip

there. There aren't any in the entire state of Kentucky. It will be

approximately 100 miles, so the beginning of July, I am going to check it

out!!!
