Guest guest
With all this talk about soy yogurt, I waswondering if it is possible to make your own soy yogurt the same way as you make regular dairy yogurt? I've been making my own yogurt for a few weeks now since someone gave me an " incubator " and its working really well, but I've been trying to cut back on dairy as well. Can you culture soy milk and make yogurt? ~Rachael

Guest guest
Yes, absolutely. I now make soy yogurt instead of dairy. It doesn't quite set up as well, especially now that I'm not using whey protein powder, and it always seems to have more liquid (coined " swhey " on one of these lists) than my dairy yogurt had whey, but it still fits the bill and you get all those healthy bacteria too. -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , " Amy " <sandpiperhiker wrote: > > > > > With all this talk about soy yogurt, I waswondering if it is possible > > to make your own soy yogurt the same way as you make regular dairy > > yogurt?
