Guest guest Posted June 12, 2005 Report Share Posted June 12, 2005 Summer Rhubarb Pudding Cake 2-3 cups chopped rhubarb on bottom of 9x9 pan Mix together and cover with: 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 Tbsp canola oil 1/2 cup soy milk 1 tsp baking powder dash salt Mix together and sprinkle over dough: 1 cup sugar 1 Tbsp cornstarch 1 Tbsp cinnamon Pour 1 cup boiling water over the works Bake until golden brown (approx. 45 min. @ 350) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
