I use carob powder and unsweetened carob chips since chocolate isn't a craving

of mine and it also sets of a migraine. I found this site explaining all about

carob and the nutrients in it. Even has some B bitamins too.Pretty good

Yeah, I'm not sure if it is super lots of iron...I just remember my

delight when I read (perhaps in Laurels) that it was a source & it so

hit the spot during pregnancy...that and berble (sp?) at our favorite

indian restaraunt...contrary to most suggestions, not only did I crave

spicey foods but they settled my tummy sometimes!
