Guest guest
Yes, I have lost over 20 pounds in 8 weeks simply by switching to vegetarian. I was amazed because I wasn't even really trying to. That was without any extra exercise as well. Before I even noticed I was loosing weight (my mom just said, " hey, you look smaller! " one day out of the clear blue) that I felt " lighter " . Until I stopped eating it, I never realized how heavy burgers and such really were! I noticed that I did not feel so grumpy or depressed either! Both unexpeceted " side affects! Guest guest
What would you say your diet staple is? More toward grains, veggies, tofu, salads etc. My hair stylist is a teeny tiny vegetarian and eats more veggies/grains/noodles than the tofu meals and she looks good and healthy. dw , J Lyn <poet_atrabilious> wrote: > Yes, > I have lost over 20 pounds in 8 weeks simply by switching to vegetarian. Guest guest
My problem when I went from Meat to Veggie was I loaded up on cheese and dairy productgs. Didn¹t help the weight loss much.
