Guest guest
I made some cold pasta salad last week for these hot days. I checked the files here for ideas and came up with the following. Macaroni pasta -chopped celery carrots radishes broc green onion cherry tomatoes (whole) cilantro green olives mixture romano & parm cheese red pepper flakes Paul Newmans Italian dressing salt pepper Mix up your desired amount of ingredients. This was really really great and goes well with fresh salads or sammiches. I'm going to make either another batch of this or use the same vegs with feta, pesto dressing and black olives. Here is a bad camera phone picture of it... *http://tinyurl.com/cmpoy* This was one of the few recipes that I actually didn't add jalapenos and garlic too. It's a miracle. Maybe next time. S. Guest guest
I made this with our dinner tonight and it was sooo good! Thanks for sharing. I made it vegan and used basil instead of Cilantro. I made a lot so I'm looking forward to eating it for lunch tomorrow too! I used a ton of red pepper and it's yummy!
