Guest guest Posted June 25, 2005 Report Share Posted June 25, 2005 shawn, i've read that a 1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt (it has to be celtic...not table salt) in 6 ounces of pure water is an excellent electrolyte drink. celtic sea salt has all the minerals you need. add the juice from half a lemon and you got a drink that prolly tastes better than the one you posted. you could sweeten it with a little maple syrup or something too. susie --- subprong <subprong wrote: > I asked for a rehydration recipe awhile back.
