i've read that a 1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt (it has to

be celtic...not table salt) in 6 ounces of pure water

is an excellent electrolyte drink. celtic sea salt

has all the minerals you need. add the juice from

half a lemon and you got a drink that prolly tastes

better than the one you posted. you could sweeten it

with a little maple syrup or something too.

I think for diarrhea problems, the rehydration drink is a tsp of salt,

8 tsp sugar, in a liter of water....
