Susie, I laughed so hard when I read what you had posted, I almost fell off

my chair.

Thanks, I needed a good laugh tonight.

i'm officially on a quest for the vegan gourmet by

follow your heart. :) nice to know you can order it

from the website.

i tried soya-kaas(prolly not vegan) years ago and i

thought it tasted like ass. blech. lol. i'll try

the vegi-kaas if i ever run across it.

i've been off diary for a little over a month

now....am feeling much better (i'm off sugar, wheat,

and a few other things as well). i was off diary

years ago and let my ob talk me into consuming diary

again when i was pregnant with my son. almost

immediately the post-nasal drip, sinus

problems/infections, and other things started back

up....plus i gained a bunch of baby weight. i know

diary is bad, esp. for me.

thanks for the info,

susie

Most of their stuff is terrible, but the oat-based vegi-kaas is really good

(don't even touch their faux cream cheese though. Bleah.)
