Guest guest
i'm officially on a quest for the vegan gourmet by follow your heart. nice to know you can order it from the website. i tried soya-kaas(prolly not vegan) years ago and i thought it tasted like ass. blech. lol. i'll try the vegi-kaas if i ever run across it. i've been off diary for a little over a month now....am feeling much better (i'm off sugar, wheat, and a few other things as well). i was off diary years ago and let my ob talk me into consuming diary again when i was pregnant with my son. almost immediately the post-nasal drip, sinus problems/infections, and other things started back up....plus i gained a bunch of baby weight. i know diary is bad, esp. for me. thanks for the info, susie --- Diamond Dog <diamonddog wrote: > This is one of them...actually probably the best out > there: > http://www.imearthkind.com/what's%20new.htm > I found it in Atlanta at a kick ass natural foods > market in Little 5, but > have been having trouble finding it anywhere else. Most of their stuff is terrible, but the oat-based vegi-kaas is really good (don't even touch their faux cream cheese though. Bleah.)
