Guest guest
I had a salad with some veggie salami on it. I made a dressing out of spinach, basil leaves, olive oil, a little bit of vinegar, yellow mustard and a little bit of sugar. It is not my recipe I saw Marial Hemingway make it on Inside Dish on the food network. Gayle

Guest guest
I had a veggie bologna sandwich, and some spinach pasta that I got on Saturday at the Amish grocery store in Kalona, IA. Guest guest
I had ezekiel bread w/ sliced tomatoes, smoked Gouda, salad greens & mustard. On a side note... I got the ezekiel bread because it was onsale & I was curious.... it's really good, but it says it's 100% flour free, made from sprouted grains... anyonehave any idea how they make it like bread?? I can't imagine going from sprouts to bread... but I can't see any individual sprouts in this either... Amy
Guest guest
Hmm. For lunch I had some potato salad. That's because I had two big breakfast burritos for breakfast, and I wasn't very hungry. Dinner, by the way, since we're talking about what we ate today, was Panda Express: veggie spring rolls (probably not low-fat!) and the mixed vegetables a la carte. Yum! I'll be sad to learn that anything in there was meat-based, but if anyone knows, please tell me.
Guest guest
for lunch yesterday (as its 9am here) I tried a new recipe-potato cucumber soup. It actually turned out quite well! And I had some AJ (apple juice) to go with it. , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll> wrote: > Well said, Donna.
