Guest guest
This was a recipe I just came up with after having a craving for some salty protein (which frequently causes me to raid my fridge *grin*). Megan TAHINI CAPER SAUCE ¼ c. tahini 2 – 4 T. water (depending on how thick or runny you like your sauce) 1 T. capers, drained (or to taste) Blend together until smooth and serve spooned over breaded seitan cutlets. Guest guest
Boy, Megan that looks good... I might have to go get some tahini! DH doesn't like it though.
Guest guest
Thanks Amy. :-) I just made the recipe for a “rate this” project on my pagan vegetarians list, and modified it a bit so here are the changes (I like my sauces a bit runnier) ¼ c. tahini, 6 T. (or 1/3 c.) water 2 T. capers (I like a salty taste) On Behalf Of Amy Tuesday, June 28, 2005 5:57 PM Re: RECIPE: Tahini Caper Sauce Boy, Megan that looks good... I might have to go get some tahini! I'll just get some tahini and have this at lunchtime when DH isn't around to care... :-)
