Guest guest
>http://godsdirectcontact.us/com/vegetarian/abc/veganeatinginanyrestanrants.htm Very interesting! That site says that Carabba's margherita pizza is vegan.... but every margherita pizza I've had has fresh mozzarella (vs. aged like on " normal " pizza) on it... I clicked through to the Carabba's website and pulled up the menu, and indeed, there if fresh mozzarella on that pizza. Definitely *not* vegan... Guest guest
Traditional Italian cooking makes it cheeseless, but yeah, a lot of restaurants add cheese. Maybe they meant it's vegan if you ask for the obvious cheese to be removed? Veronica >Very interesting!
