One great poem. I see you are a big mango fan. I love them too. Have you

tried any new veggie food the past few days? ............Donna

Better than love

Better than water

Better than the tender touch of a new born babe

Delicious!

Smoother than cream

Smoother than choc’late

Smoother than a rogue’s silken words meant to woo thee.

Decadent!

Sweeter than air

Sweeter than fresh dew

Sweeter than the softest whispered, I do love you.

Delightful!

Thanks! I just fixed dinner- green leaf lettuce, baby carrots, pickles, tomato,

and balsamic vinegrett dressing. I sliced up a mango. I had one last week that

was too ripe; it was sweet and yummy. However, the one I had tonight was not as

ripe, firmer, and oh so good! So I wrote the poem in between eating the mango

and scarfing down the salad.

I cannot think of anything new that I have tried since I grilled the seasame

tofu earlier this week. I did go to the library though. I checked out some

veggie cookbooks.

I am trying to figure out what to take to my mom's for the 4th of July. They

will be grilling meat which means not much for me to eat. My mom, however, is

considering trying more vegetarian means and such. I wanted to take something

more than salad, but it has to be easy , yada yada yada.

I just love balsamic vinegar sprinkled across the potato sandwich I posted in

the past and over veggies. I also dip my tofu in it.

Let's see. How about an easy pasta salad to take with you? There are some easy

ones in the recipe files. Do you like the jar marinated veggies? You can toss

those in with cooked pasta twists and add some of your balsamic vinegrette

dressing and toss. Donna

I don't know what you mean by the jar marinated veggies. Food idiocy showing

again.

just end up salad and mangos! YUM Mango smoothies! devine!

Hi J. Very cute poem! I just bought a few mangos last weekend. They were

very small (I've never seen them this small). I'm going to eat one of them

this weekend (nicely chilled).

What do you like to eat? I grill veggie patties,. I've grilled veggies as

well as potatoes wrapped in foil (just did some mini red potatoes recently).

You could try portabella mushrooms. What are you looking to take and what do

you like?
