Guest guest
Hello. I've been reading a lot about nutritional yeast lately but could use some more information. I know that it contains many vitamins and minerals (including B12 sometimes) and that it can be used as a popcorn topper and as a 'cheese' replacement in recipes. But can anyone give me any more information? Or how they use it? Or any brands they like? Thanks!
Guest guest
I've only bought mine in bulk, so I'm not sure about " brand " but I've also heard that not all nutritional yeast has the B12. I love it on my popcorn and I've added it to stews/casseroles before. I know I didn't really give you any new info, just chiming in that I do use when I remember that I have it! Guest guest
thanks all to the suggestions on how and where to use nutritional yeast. It seems very versatile. Now can someone tell me what it IS? -Katie , Jenni Billings <jenni@b...> wrote: > I love it on brown rice!!!... just add a little yeast, braggs, olive > oil or margerine, garlic, flax meal... whatever! yummmm > ...
