Guest guest
havent seen any fruit strips (though i know what you're talking about, i used to buy them at TJs all the time) but there are tons of dried fruit bags available. and pudding is an excellent idea as well, especially the soy brand i discovered a few weeks ago. They even have a little package the size of a kids juice box that would work excellent so i wouldnt have to worry about it getting smushed. thanks! -Katie , GeminiDragon <thelilacflower> wrote: > take some dried fruit since I'm sure you can't take any fresh fruit with you. Do they have those dried fruit strips over there? They are flat and pack well. How about any pudding or fruit cups, maybe small containers of fruit juice like the types you take in a lunch. Guest guest
thanks for the sandwich suggestion but I hardly remember what they are LOL. In germany there aren't really sandwiches (though sometimes there are boiled egg slices with a cream in between bread but that wouldnt travel well). Sliced bread is really rare here, most people eat bread rolls. I could maybe but some nutella or preserves on a couple. Pretzels and chips are also a good idea-I'd probably buy those at the airport grocery. -Katie , glpveg4life@a... wrote: > Hi Katie: > > Have never been on a 9 hour flight however I usually bring a sandwich or > two.
