Hee hee.. I was thinking it would be great with roasted red bell pepper!

 

and it would go great with that whole wheat bread that I have baking...

oh yummmm it smells so good!

time for me to eat... crispy tortillas & cornbread (it's like a

quesadilla with beans rather than cheese!)

 

and old standby for my family.

ok I'm trying to picture how the tortillas and cornbread go together?

or are they separate? recipe request! (my moms a big cornbread fan, and

me too actually, so maybe i can add a new recipe for when i move back

in with them!)
