Guest guest
Oh, this sounds so good. i just bought a whole whack of jalaps and i need some ideas for using them up. When i walked in the door my dh said, " Why the heck did you buy so many of them!? " i replied, " They came in a big produce box like this and they were so cheap i couldn't resist. Don't worry, my veggie pals will give me some good recipes. " *lol* This recipe is a start. i know those veggie monks in that 'Simply Heavenly' monastary cookbook use a lot of them too. ~ pt ~ Spiraling towards the centre, We know that we have come to the centre of who we are. ~ Philip Carr-Gomm, 'The Druid Tradition' ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , subprong <subprong@g...> wrote: > Hey gang, just wanted to mention that I put this together this week. > > Sautee onion, jalp and garlic. Guest guest
~PT~, you tell your hubby that down here in Texas that is about the silliest question ever (in this case there is such thing as a dumb question)! Btw, can I have the address to that store?? Here is a blurry picture of a jalp with a nub on it. I decided to spare the poor guy and show some class by not eating it or selling it on ebay. *http://tinyurl.com/cgz95* S.
