Oh it's good and basically fat free. You can eat a huge bowl with extremely low

calories and now feel stuffed. You can also add a tablespoon of your avocado

oil to this soup. I usually just leave the oil out but it gives a touch more

flavor if you want to add it. Enjoy with a nice chunk or torn

bread..........Donna

Yum, that sounds so good.

Pass the chips or some crostini!

I ate at Applebee's yesterday for lunch. I couldn't decide between the queso dip

or the spinach artichoke, so I got both, which since they are appetizers was the

same price as one meal. They were both extremely good.

I watched my mom and mom in law struggle with their huge meat filled sandwiches,

one chicken and one hamburger, too huge to hold let alone fit into ones mouth,

and gosh, ya lose your femininity when trying to make it fit your face. I sat

there daintily dipping my chips in the good stuff, LOL.

Blessings,

Chanda

Is their spinach dip vegetarian? I thought it had chicken stock in it...

Ah ha! Maybe she got lucky and had one that was veg!:-) Awesome news!

Nope... that was one of the reasons I've nver been successful at being

vegan. :-( Too many veg choices are drowned in cheese.
