Whole Foods Recipe Booklet

Hey gang. Several years ago Whole Foods had this wonderful recipe booklet

that you could get for free. It was for their bulk bin items (basically how

many parts water to part grain or mix - along with recipes) and they had it

stacked next to the bulk bin area. They have a small sheet now but the

previous booklet was wonderful, more specific and contained much more info.

Anyone have this or have seen it posted online? Thanks.

That's funny. I just tossed mine. They had them 2 months back and I didn't

want it since I have their giant cookbook and all that info is inside......Donna

Ooooh, will have to check that out! They have the bulk bin indredients

listed as well as how much liquid per serving to make the vegetarian

patties, hummus, falafel, etc. and all of that good stuff? Thanks.
