Hi Katie,

This is my sisters recipe. I'm not a chocolate or carob person. I like

chocolate or carob in brownies but I don't crave it at all. I crave potato chips

and those Cheetos that stain your fingers orange........LOL My sis makes this

all the time for her family. She gets the carob powder at Whole Foods or

there's good prices if you look online.

" Carob Pudding "

4 cups soy or almond milk

1/3 cup sweetener (maple syrup)

1/4 - 1/3 cup carob powder depending on your taste

1/3 cup cornstarch

1 1/2 tsp. coffee (optional)

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Lightly boil, stirring until thick. Pour

into serving dish and chill. Sprinkle coconut over top and serve.

Thanks! I wonder how it would taste if i mixed cocoa powder and

carob powder? That might be something I would try. I dont think

carob would be something Id crave but as a new flavor it's something

I enjoyed and would be interested in sharing if I made up a batch.
