You would get sick if you ate meat right nowe. My sister has been a vegetarian

for about 3 yrs now and she did a bad thing to her system. She ate a huge ham

sandwich and was sick for 3 days.........My girlfriend ate a steak after 10 yrs

of being a vegan and she was sick for 5 days. They are both back back as

veggies and sorry they did that..............I have no desire and have such a

wide variety of dishes I cook that I'll never tire of being a

vegetarian...............Donna

I was never a big meat eater to begin with although I think for a few weeks

I was still eating a little bit of meat and then I just stopped.

my son was 4.5 and my daughter was 1.5 when I made the switch, I had also

been married for 9.5 years.

I would think if my daughter and I ate meat at this point in time we would

get sick. NOT that either one of us have an interest in eating meat( yuck!)

Good luck

What about some saucy rice dishes...like a rissoto?

That would give a break to the soup thing. Also some

quinoa dishes too. There are lots of good saucy

recipes for rissotos in the archives and you can

always add extra liquid to make it more so...

I agree I have NO interest in eating meat. Just stating that I thought if

we ate meat we would get sick.. My daughter also has no interest in eating

meat.
