A little bit goes a long way! i have a great dessert cookbook i got by sending in labels off my Borden brand sweetened condensed milk cans, and there are some wonderful cheesecake recipes in there! Add 3/4 cup sugar or equivalent. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla to taste, and a pinch of salt. Cool.
